Sa više od 15 godina iskustva u reviziji, konsaltingu, i na poziciji CFO
kako na lokalnom nivou tako i na nivou većeg broja zemalja, Nemanja je
često bio u poziciji da bude ’’gatekeeper’’ za donošenje odluka, odnosno
na onoj strani koja evaluira inicijativu i donosi odluku o njoj.
Deo svoje karijere Nemanja je proveo u PwC i kompanijama S&P500
veličine gde je bio zadužen za organizaciju finansijske funkcije ali i razne
projekte koji uključuju optimizaciju proizvodnih asortimana za veliki broj
zemalja, transfere proizvoda izmedju zemalja, inicijative rasta, kao i
restruktuiranja. Takodje, Nemanja je više od 10 godina predavač na
finansijskom modulu, PwC MBA programa.
Trenutno, Nemanja se bavi konsaltingom iz domena primenjene biznis
analitike i donošenja odluka u raznim biznis procesima (Komercijala,
Finansije, HR, Proizvodnja, Logistika, Marketing...) pomažući klijentima
da postanu ’’data driven ’’ organizacije
Konsultant u oblasti ljudskih resursa sa preko 20 godina iskustva u FMCG industriji,
na projektima u oblasti bankarstva, edukacije, konsaltinga u uvodjenju
organizacionih promena, digitalizacije i standardizacije procesa.
Saradnik je Instituta za standardizaciju u komisiji ISO TC/260 i sertifikovani Thomas
profiler. Ima veliko iskustvo u uspostavljanju korporativne culture, rayvoju HR
funkcije, procesa I timova.
Uspesno je vodila procese akvizicije, uvodjenja SAP Success factors modula za
kompletan Employee life cycle, Internacionalne programe razvoja talenata kao I
implementaciju Kaizen culture u svim segmentima poslovanja.
Kao consultant radila je u bankarskom, nevladinom, I retail sektoru, a kao
individualni consultant u hotelijerstvu I turizmu.
